Measuring

How do I measure for a cushion?
Measure the seat frame or your old cushion, not the fabric cover, and round to the nearest quarter inch. The designer shows a lettered drawing for each shape (A, B, C), so you know exactly which measurement goes where.

Not sure between two sizes?
Order a quarter inch smaller, so the cushion sits snugly in the frame.

Can you make an unusual shape?
Yes. Trapezoids, T-cushions, rounded backs and full rounds are in the designer. For anything else, send a template or sketch and we will quote it.

Fabric and fill

Which fabrics do you use?
Sunbrella outdoor upholstery, in 356 colors and patterns. Every fabric on the Fabrics page can be chosen in the designer.

What goes inside?
Medium-firm comfort foam, quick-drying Dryfast foam for pool and rain, polyester fiber, or cover-only if you are reusing your own foam. Foam can be wrapped in fiber for a fuller look.

Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Colors on screen are approximate, so ask us for a physical sample before you order a large set.

Ordering and shipping

How long does it take?
Most orders are sewn within 2–3 weeks and ship from Montevallo, Alabama. Larger trade orders are quoted with a delivery date.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout by order total. Pickup in Montevallo is free.

Do you offer pricing for large or contract orders?
Yes. For contract and large orders, contact us directly and we will quote the job. Designers, retailers and hospitality businesses can also apply for a trade account.

Care

How do I clean them?
Most spills clean quickly with mild soap and water. Cushions with a zipper can have their covers removed and washed. See Sunbrella’s care guide for details.
