A person checks every order
Within 2 business days of your order, one of us reviews your measurements against the shape you chose and emails you a confirmation drawing. Nothing is cut until it makes sense.
Odd shape? Send us the old one
Mail us your worn cushion or a paper pattern and we'll copy it. One flat $25 template fee per shape, stated up front.

Questions
Before you order
How do I measure for a cushion?
Measure either your old cushion (seam to seam, inside the piping) or the furniture opening it sits in, and tell the designer which one; round to the nearest quarter inch. Finished cushions can vary by up to 1 inch on each dimension. The designer shows a lettered drawing for each shape (A, B, C), so you know exactly which measurement goes where.
How long does it take?
Most orders are sewn within 2–4 weeks and ship from Montevallo, Alabama. Larger trade orders are quoted with a delivery date.
Can I get a fabric sample first?
Yes. Colors on screen are approximate, so ask us for a physical Sunbrella sample before you order a large set.
What fill do you use?
1.8 lb high-resilience foam (35 ILD) that holds its shape for years, quick-drying Dryfast foam for pool and rain, polyester fiber, or cover-only if you are reusing your own foam. Foam can be wrapped in fiber for a fuller look.
